We are aware of the issues impacting student access to the Help Centre.
The workaround currently is to view the Help Centre whilst not logged into the OU websites, either using Private or Incognito browsing modes.
Investigations are underway to identify why this is not working, however updates will likely be tomorrow (Wednesday) morning now.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

A fix for the Help Centre login issue will be deployed this afternoon, will update again shortly.
