I managed to open this helpdesk link, but even trying to sign in from here or open 'student home' still does not work. I get this message every time 'msds.open.ac.uk took too long to respond'...

about 2 months agoSince yesterday morning, when I attempt to load and login on my home PC the page can not even load. I can however login on my mobile phone but this is not helpful when you are trying to access your work and download documents.

5 months agomsds.open.ac.uk redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I keep having this problem no matter what device I am on. I have cleared cookies and history to little help.
