Tuesday March 19th, 2024 at 1:05p pacific we noticed a small portion of requests to GPT-4 failing in both the API and ChatGPT. We are currently investigating the issue.

As of 6:09p pacific we’re in the process of rolling back changes to fully resolve the elevated errors in the API for GPT-4. The bulk of the impact is mitigated and the remaining errors should continue to resolve.

Confirmed this issue is isolated to GPT-4 in the API. ChatGPT is not impacted by this incident at this time.
