We are currently investigating this situation. Vendors can successfully complete DocuSign PowerForms, however the automation to assign the completed form back to the vendor response is currently failing. In the meantime, vendors can download their completed PowerForm directly from DocuSign and manually upload it to their response to proceed with submission.

This incident has been resolved. Vendors submitting responses via DocuSign PowerForms should no longer experience syncing issues.
Going forward, customers need to create a new Connection in their DocuSign account per this article:
