All services are operational.
We have restored a service for all accounts and we're currently monitoring that everything is working as it should.
We are confirming that all paying accounts have their service fully restored at 100% performance. We are in the process of restoring full mobile service to free trial accounts.
A large majority of our customers are at 100% performance. We continue to restore mobile service for our smallest customers.
All pending SMS messages will continue to go out to customers, none will be lost or missed.
The OptimoRoute mobile service is working with degraded performance for a portion of our accounts. Your driver data is backed up on their phones and will eventually fully sync with OptimoRoute.
