The OptimoRoute mobile service is working with degraded performance for a portion of our accounts. Your driver data is backed up on their phones and will eventually fully sync with OptimoRoute. We will issue another update at 3:30pm PST, 20:30 Central European time.

We have restored a service for all accounts and we're currently monitoring that everything is working as it should.

We are confirming that all paying accounts have their service fully restored at 100% performance. We are in the process of restoring full mobile service to free trial accounts.

A large majority of our customers are at 100% performance. We continue to restore mobile service for our smallest customers.
All pending SMS messages will continue to go out to customers, none will be lost or missed.
