Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue with the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Cloud Shell service in the US East (Ashburn) region. Customer Impact: Users attempting to initiate a new Cloud Shell session in the OCI Console would encounter an error requesting them to retry. We are currently assessing logs to determine the root cause of the issue. We are concurrently exploring potential mitigation paths. Further updates will be shared as information becomes available.

Engineers have applied mitigating actions and a majority of the impacted services have now recovered. Some services are still in the process of recovery, and we will continue to monitor service health until the issue is fully resolved.
