We are currently aware of an issue with uploading images to facebook when composing a post resulting in us being unable to publish any content including an image. This is also affecting editing live posts on Facebook that contain an image. We are investigating this and hope to have a resolution shortly. Thankyou for your patience.

The issue regarding uploading images to a Facebook post and editing/approving image posts has now been resolved and this feature should be working as expected.
