Analytics Queries Not Loading

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we're seeing connections come through successfully. We'll be monitoring further but we expect the service to be fully recovered.

Identified - We have identified the cause of the behavior resulting in analytics queries failing to load within Orum as a third-party integration challenge. We are working directly with the external vendor team to implement a fix as quickly as possible. We will provide an update within 1 hour or as soon as additional information becomes available.

Investigating - We are actively investigating reports of analytics queries not loading as expected across the Orum platform. Our engineering team is currently analyzing system metrics and logs to isolate this behavior. We will provide additional updates as soon as more information is available.
