Users unable to save settings successfully

The issue has been resolved. Going forward, users should be able to successfully save all settings. All settings saved during the outage should be restored.

Engineering has identified that there is a delay in settings being saved rather than settings not being saved at all. Users may see a delay in those settings displaying correctly on the settings page (about 15 minutes later).

Users are unable to save certain settings. This includes org settings, some user settings, and some voice settings. Upon refresh, users will see that changed settings have not successfully been saved.

Engineering believes they have identified the root cause and is currently working on deploying a fix internally for testing. As soon as the fix is confirmed to work, it will be deployed globally.
