[Public Cloud][VPS] Instances and VPS in US-WEST-LZ-PAO regions are unreachable

We are investigating an issue affecting all public cloud instances and VPS in the US-WEST-LZ-PAO-A public cloud region and US-WEST-LZ-PAO VPS region.

Currently, instances and VPS in this region are unreachable and will not respond to ping or ssh.

The issue has been identified. Our backbone provider is working on repairing damaged fiber from the Palo Alto datacenter.

Until the fiber is repaired, existing instances and VPS will remain unreachable and creating, updating and deleting resources will not be possible.

Services in these regions remain impacted by the damaged fiber.

We are working closely with our backbone provider to restore connectivity as soon as possible, but currently do not have an ETA.

The impact remains that existing instances and VPS will are unreachable and creating, updating and deleting resources is not possible.

The fiber team visited the site, identified and repaired the damaged fiber. Services have been fully restored, and we are now observing bidirectional traffic with stable power levels. We are currently monitoring for stability.
