Login to Horizon through OVHcloud control panel is not working

Currently login to Openstack Horizon using ovhcloud-us credentials is not functional. Attempting to login to Horizon via the link in the OVHcloud control panel returns an error.
While we address this issue, access to horizon is still possible using Openstack credentials. A prerequisite to doing so is creating an Openstack user and password, which can be done by following this guide:

To access horizon with Openstack credentials navigate to this address, select Keystone Credentials, and enter the Openstack username and password.
