This incident has been resolved.
We are actively collaborating with Salesforce to address this issue affecting organizations that have recently upgraded to Summer '24. Our engineering teams are working to identify a workaround for the intermittent failures before the scheduled Production org rollout is completed on June 14.
Our investigation with Salesforce is still ongoing.
This degradation now affects a small subset of production services as well.
