Currently, the information regarding the tracked shipments may not show the exact state of affairs due to a data ingestion delay. The root cause of the issue related to Rail tracking updates for North American customers has been discovered. Our engineering team keeps on repairing the situation. Currently, affected shipments have started to receive missing updates (no data loss has occurred). Estimated resolution time for all impacted transports: 12:00 AM (CET) / 5:00 PM (CST).
