Dear Valued Customer, We are experiencing an issue where navigating to the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) historical shipment list page temporarily freezes the Movement UI. Customers using Root Cause Analysis-FTL and Ocean may experience unresponsiveness, where actions or clicks are not registered. The only possible action at this point is to reload the page from the browser. Our engineering team is investigating and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
