The DHL Deutschland webservice is not responding for servicepoints. Because of this outage you may experience issues when attempting to create orders and/or requesting servicepoints. We've contacted DHL Deutschland and are awaiting a status update. As soon as we receive an update, we will post it on this page. We thank you for your patience.

DHL DE has fixed the issue and the servicepoints are available again. We will be monitoring the situation.

Unfortunately we are still not able to reach DHL Deutschland. Until we know more we advice you to turn off the pick up point options.
