3rd Party Bleckmann Labels Failing

We're currently investigating as to why Bleckmann labels are failing, at first glance it looks like the Bleckmann APIs are down.

All requests to Bleckmann BRP/OM6 (labels) API are timing out which indicates it's an issue on the Bleckmann system.

We have reached out to the Bleckmann team to ask for a resolution and estimated timelines.

We've confirmed with Bleckmann that the outage is on their infrastructure (Netherlands), not Loop.

As label generation relies on their BRP/OM6 API, there's no fix available from our end - resolution depends on Bleckmann restoring service.

We're staying in close contact and pushing for a timeline, and will update here as soon as we hear back.

We're seeing signs of recovery, labels are being generated successfully.

Once we've got confirmation from Bleckmann that the system is fully recovered we will proceed with reprocessing any failed label requests.
