Incident Report

A data overflow in one of our database tables prevented user membership changes in Unity organizations or projects to be acknowledged in UVCS. As a result, some organizations temporarily removed access to UVCS to some of their members.

We patched the issue and triggered a refresh of access control information to all organizations that have DevOps enabled.
