The SQL Data Explorer feature on the Unity Analytics dashboard is unfortunately still unavailable.
Our engineers are working urgently to restore access to this tool, but we can't yet provide a definitive ETA. We are aiming to restore SQL Data Explorer functionality this week, and will post updates when we have new information to share.
Please be aware that there are workarounds to this issue. The built-in Analytics Dashboards, Data Explorer, Funnels tool, and Snowflake Data Access are all functioning as expected.
The ingestion of new data and storage of existing data are NOT impacted by this incident. The scope of this incident is limited to just one of the Analytics reporting tools, the SQL Data Explorer.
Apologies again for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to restore access to the Analytics SQL Data Explorer tool ahead of the weekend and it will remain unavailable until next week.
In the meantime, using Data Access to query data via Snowflake is not impacted and can be used instead of SQL Data Explorer.
Data ingestion is not impacted, and once the issue is resolved you’ll be be able to query all data including any captured during the incident window, without issue.
Apologies for the ongoing disruption, thank you for your patience.
We’ve made further progress towards restoring SQL Data Explorer, but unfortunately haven't been able to restore access yet, and don’t anticipate that it will be available today.
