Data updates, additions, and deletions on our UK Production environment are currently experiencing processing delays of up to one hour. This issue affects Appointments, Conditions (diagnoses), Medications, and Test Results. Our team is working closely with our partner to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we will share further updates as soon as they are available.

Non-GP data updates, additions, and deletions on our UK Production environment are now flowing normally, and the backlog queue has been cleared. This issue affected Appointments, Conditions (diagnoses), Medications, and Test Results.

Our team are still working to resolve queuing data coming directly from GP streams.
