We are currently investigating an issue with processing new data into our FHIR store, which began at about 8:30. There is no downtime affecting PKB, and existing data can still be retrieved without issue, However, appointments, medications, allergies, test results & diagnoses added since 8:30 today will be delayed in showing in the UI.

We have identified and resolved the issue that was preventing newly added appointment, medication, allergies, test results and diagnosis data from loading.
Updates are now being successfully processed. However, they are currently being queued, so it may take some time for all records to appear.
