Outgoing transfers are remaining in a pending state for longer than usual with the central switch in Nigeria. This is due to delays getting final status confirmation from NIBSS. We're actively following up with NIBSS to confirm and resolve these outstanding transfers. We will provide updates as soon as service is fully restored.
