Since October 22, 2026 at 10:20:00 UTC -5 (Colombia's time) we are experiencing problems with ACH-PSE DAVIVIENDA in COLOMBIA For the PayU platform. Transactional fall is evident. We are in contact with the network through support channels and working together with our Support Team to obtain a quick solution, we continue monitoring.
A SMALL subset of our customers may be experiencing erroneous transactions, we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Since 13:45 hrs. the problem has been solved,ACH-PSE Payment DAVIVIENDA in COLOMBIA for the PAYU GPO Latam platform is operating normally.
Network´s Stability is confirmed from their end and transaction normality is evidenced.
