**PDQ Connect Remote Desktop** experienced a major issue where the Ctrl + Alt + Del function was not working during remote desktop sessions, lasting approximately 1.9 hours. The root cause was identified as a Group Policy conflict — when "Secure Attention Sequence" is enabled, it must be set to "Ease of Access applications" for Connect to properly simulate the key combination. The issue was resolved by applying this Group Policy configuration change.
