Degraded Course Performance

The AWS issue that caused performance problems and prevented users from accessing their courses has been resolved for most users. If you access your course through a third-party learning management system (LMS), you may still experience intermittent issues as restoration work continues.  We recommend continuing to try accessing your course periodically. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to fully restore access for all users.

Teams have made significant progress toward resolving the issue, but some users may still be experiencing performance issues with their courses. As we continue to work with AWS to restore services to their full potential, we want to apologize for the inconveniences and will update you as more information is provided.
