Our cellular provider has resolved the outage, and we are seeing our weather stations and outdoor warning systems progressively coming back online. We anticipate full restoration across all units within the next few hours. Our team will proactively contact any customers whose units do not reconnect as expected.

Heads up: Your outdoor warning systems and/or weather stations are temporarily unavailable, due to an outage with our cellular provider. If storms are in your area, check the app for nearby lightning. Text and push alerts are still working properly. We take this issue very seriously and will update you as soon as it is fixed.
