The issue impacting payments through Phreesia, ConnectOnCall, Voice AI, Appointment Accelerator, and cloud-hosted eForms environments has been resolved.

All services are operating as expected, and we continue to see stability across impacted areas. Our Engineering team will maintain standard monitoring to ensure continued performance.

We have implemented a change to address the issue and are observing recovery across impacted services. Patients should now be able to complete payments through Phreesia. ConnectOnCall, Voice AI, Appointment Accelerator and cloud-hosted eForms environments are accessible and returning to expected performance.

We are currently investigating an issue that may be impacting multiple Phreesia services.

Patients may be unable to complete payments within Phreesia, except through Mobile Wallet. Appointment Accelerator, ConnectOnCall and related Voice AI services may also be inaccessible or not functioning as expected. In addition, Access eForms clients hosted in the cloud may experience issues with their environment.
