DPD - problems creating a shipment

This issue is resolved. It is possible to create DPD shipments again.

The DPD service has recovered since last night. We are monitoring the shipments and will resolve this incident accordingly.

DPD is still working to resolve the issue and has identified the cause, however, there is no estimated time for when it will be resolved.
