Transfer is experiencing delays impacting payment processing. This applies to Instant Payouts (RTP and FedNow) as well as RfP. Transactions are still being created and processed, but transaction statuses are not being marked as completed correctly We are actively monitoring and will update this incident as it is resolved.

We have confirmed that all newly initiated Instant Payout and RfP transactions are being updated to the correct status on the expected schedule, so we are marking this incident as resolved.

We have identified the final status on all previously initiated transactions, and will complete further cleanup on the data to ensure this is reflected in our APIs and Dashboard.

We have implemented a fix for the transaction status updates for all new Instant Payouts (RTP and FedNow) and RfP transactions, which should now be receiving timely status updates. We will continue to monitor.

We are working through correcting the status of previously initiated transactions and will update here when progress is made.
