Instant Payment Transfer rails are currently experiencing settlement delay. This does not affect ACH transfers.
Instant transfer creation requests will be accepted as usual via /transfer/create, but processing these payments might be delayed.
We are actively working on identifying the issue and will provide an update shortly.

Instant payments are still being processed and settled. But there is delay in marking transfers as settled and generating transfer events.
We have identified the issue and are working on the fix.
