Delays affecting webhook delivery

We identified and resolved an issue where a high volume of internal events caused a processing backlog in our webhook delivery pipeline. As a side effect, some customers experienced unexpected automation behavior (including label changes) and delayed Sidekick responses during this window.

We have applied a fix and are monitoring to confirm full recovery. No further action is needed on your end.

Sidekick has been restored and is working normally again. We’re still investigating whether other parts of Plain are affected. At this time, the only known remaining impact is delayed webhook delivery, where some events may take longer than usual to arrive. We’ll post another update within 30 minutes or as soon as we have more information.
