Our third-party provider has made additional updates regarding their ongoing incident. We can now confirm improved performance in the previously affected areas.

As a result, we are now transitioning the incident to a monitoring status. We will continue maintain close observation overnight and anticipate fully resolving the incident tomorrow morning, provided performance remains at operational levels.

Our team has made additional updates to the system, successfully making the web platform operational once again. This is a part of our ongoing mitigation effort to improve service while our third-party provider addresses their issues. Please note that some areas of the product may still display error messages or experience minor instability.

We are able to report that punchclock.planday.com is now fully operational. However, we continue to see degraded performance impacting our web environment.

The root cause remains an issue with our third-party provider, who is currently working to mitigate the disruption on their side and to fully restore their service.

We have taken additional steps on our end, and as a result, the Kiosk app is now fully operational.

The service disruption is still ongoing at our third-party provider, who is actively investigating and working on a fix.

We've taken immediate steps on our side, and as a result, both the Planday app and Open API are currently operational.
