Some idle Check-Ins stations may not be receiving live updates

A fix has been put in place, and we are continuing to monitor the results.

The implemented fixes have not fully resolved the issue, so we are continuing to investigate the root cause. Idle stations may still miss live updates (e.g., template changes) after 2 hours of inactivity. If a station appears out of date, click the "Start over" button to restore live updates.

Our team is investigating the cause of the disruption and working to find a solution. Manually interacting with the station will solve the issue in the interim.
