Issues Redeploying on US Region

This incident has been resolved.

Our engineering team has delivered the fix to the affected environments.
Redeployments should now function as expected with successful build(s).

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Upon further investigation by our operations team, we have discovered some environments in the US region have been put in broken state, regardless if they have been redeployed.

Our operations team is currently working on a solution to fix the issue on effected projects. More information will be posted as more information becomes available.

We have detected an issue affecting environments on the us.platform.sh region causing environments to be put into a faulty state when redeploying. Our Operations team has been notified and is currently working to restore service. At this time refrain from any environment redeployment activities until further notice.

This outage does not affect Dedicated Enterprise Clusters.
