Dear Valued Customer, We are currently experiencing an issue where new Zentrunk CDRs (Call Detail Records) are not visible in the Plivo Console. Zentrunk calls are continuing to work normally without any disruption. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working towards a resolution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
