Teams are currently investigating a partial service disruption to login.pointclickcare.com. We are actively working to resolve the issue and will send an update once the issue has been resolved.

Root cause was identified. Resolution to the issue has been found and fix is being applied. Customers should see their environments coming online over the next 30 minutes.

We continue to work through bringing all Core EHR environments back online. Some customers are taking longer than expected to resolve. We are working with our cloud hosting provider to expedite resolution.

We continue to progress through bringing all Core EHR environments back online. Many Core EHR instances have come online in the past hour, and we continue to work through the remaining instances.

All Core EHR environments are online except portions of www27. Efforts to restore service to all of www27 continue.
