Email delivery issues

We are currently investigating an issue affecting email delivery. Some emails may not be sent or received as expected. This issue is also impacting the Support product, where certain support-related email functionality may be delayed or unavailable. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

We have identified the root cause of the issue related to our Mailgun account. Our team is currently working directly with Mailgun to resolve the issue and restore normal email functionality. During this time, some emails may still experience delays or fail to send, and certain Support product functionality may continue to be impacted. We will continue to provide updates as we make progress.

We have identified that the issue is currently limited to the Support product's email channel only. All other Support channels and PostHog products are operating normally. We are continuing to work directly with Mailgun to resolve the issue and restore full email functionality as quickly as possible.

The issue affecting the Support product's email channel has been resolved. All systems are now operating normally. We will continue monitoring closely to ensure stability.
