Phone Calls Dropping @ ~30 seconds

Momentum has been moved back from Atlanta to Philadelphia. Tested Inbound lines and all appear to be working.

Outbound calls continue to flow through our alt SBC and inbound calls to Scheduling are successful through our alternate phone number.

Momentum has acknowledged an issue on their side: "Please be advised that we have recieved reports from customers of dropped calls and choppy audio on our platform. Momentum's voice engineers are aware of the situation and currently working to identify and correct the issue. "

Inbound calls continue to be impacted. We will utilize an alternative phone number for our Customer Development team to reach Inbound Scheduling.

The issue seems to be related to our provider, Momentum. We have tried switching to our alternative SBC to see if this resolves Outbound call issues.

Around 2:30 PM the Scheduling team lost audio for their phone records. A Talkbox restart seemed to resolve the issue, however calls have now been dropping at around 30 seconds.
