SmartFind Express Downtime for US Based Sites

All US based Smartfind sites have had updates complete and servers have been restarted. All sites should be accessible and performing as expected at this time. Please alert our support team at help.powerschool.com of any observed issues.

Smartfind Express will be applying a preventative update that will require servers to be restarted to avoid performance issues. Customers in the United States may experience a brief interruption to their access and may receive a bad gateway message upon login. The update will be applied over the next hour to all US Based Smartfind Sites and should take no longer than 10 minutes. Please note, Canadian Smartfind Sites will not be impacted. We will update this message when these preventative measures are complete.
