Issue Identified with Windows NTLM authentication. Workaround in place to use https URLs.
We will be working with Microsoft to find a resolution for this issue.

IBM did not find any issue from their side with Cognos.
We continue to investigate the authentication mechanisms on DCs from our end.

We have raised a Critical case with IBM to troubleshoot further and have been in a call with an engineer from IBM.

We have applied standard troubleshooting methods like service restarts, IIS reset and we could still see the issue occurring.
