Professional Learning/Perform Enterprise Content channels not loading in Chrome and Edge

The issue with the content channels and menus not loading should now be resolved when using Chrome or Edge. Users should have success if they log out and log back in again if they do not already see success when loading the pages and menus. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

Our engineering team has identified the potential root cause of the behavior being experienced in Chrome and Edge with menus not loading and are working on a path to resolve. In the meantime users may find better success navigating using FIrefox or an incognito window. Further updates will be made as the investigation continues.

We are currently investigating an issue that is being experienced in specific browsers where content channels and menus are not loading properly. Known impacted browsers are Chrome and Edge. Users can utilize Firefox or utilize an incognito browser for better performance. In addition, clicking the menu tab again may also populate the menus. Our engineers are examining what is causing the menus to not load and work to resolve for all browsers.
