This morning PowerSchool experienced a network routing issue that resulted in packet loss at our Bethlehem Datacenter.
Start time: 6:12AM PST
End time: 9:00AM PST
During this window, users of Plus products including BusinessPlus, eFinancePlus, eSchoolPlus, PerformancePlus, IEPPlus and Cognos may have experienced page errors or slower response times.
The issue has been remediated. PowerSchool’s Cloud Operations team is continuing to partner with our network and infrastructure providers to prevent future occurrences.
