We are investigating an issue with our chat support functionality. The PowerSchool Assistant Chat on Community has been unavailable since the morning of May 19. Customers can continue to reach support via web case and phone. We are working diligently to mitigate the issue and will continue to provide updates as we progress towards a resolution
