The Practice Fusion EHR experienced an unexpected outage at 8:49 AM PT/ 11:49 AM ET on November 19, 2024. As soon as we became aware of the outage, our team began investigating and implementing a fix to restore service as quickly as possible.

We have identified a fix and the EHR is now fully operational. You can resume normal work in the system.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to implement a fix. If you have any questions or experience any issues, please reach out to our support team.

While the EHR is unavailable, please continue to manage your practice and follow these steps:
• Follow your downtime readiness plan. Utilize paper copies of records and keep notes to enter into the EHR when it is back online.
• Use offline alternatives for handling labs and prescriptions, such as faxing.
