At approximately 2:57PM MST the Prismatic team detected that a small percentage of executions were failing. Upon further investigation it appears that a small number of instances were using an outsized number of system resources. We addressed the issue quickly and the issue resolved at approximately 3:04PM MST. We are working with the affected customer to address the root issue(s) and have made adjustments to our rate and resource limiting to avoid similar situations in the future.
