Our engineering team was able to restore functionality for Spectrum Microservices and is monitoring the situation to ensure it is resolved and there will be no reoccurrences. The team is still working to fully implement the solution for the issue causing ERP Quickbooks to be inaccessible causing exporting/importing failures.
