Outage Details

Engineers have identified an issue causing a subset of customers on Procore iOS to see a blank view instead of a drawing when adding quick capture pin to a linked drawing. As a workaround, if a user does not see the drawing present in quick capture (or in the drawings tool itself) they may need to enter the drawings tool, open the drawing, and select share icon > "Remove Drawing from Device". Teams are working towards mitigating impact at this time. Additional updates will be provided as new information becomes available.

Engineers have implemented their solution mitigating any issues for iOS users regarding quick capture. This incident has been resolved.

Engineers have identified an issue causing a subset of customers on Procore iOS to see a blank view instead of a drawing when adding quick capture pin to a linked drawing.
