Recent release of Proctortrack app with updated SSL certificate is found not be launching successfully on macbooks with M1 chips.
We are working to provide the rebuilds for different versions of the application. We expect this to be completed by Oct 13th 2023.

We have rolled out the updated mac build for more than 50% of the institutions. We have notified the institution admins directly. We will continue to rollout the updates for the rest.

We have started rolling out the rebuilt releases for Proctortrack application for macOS that will work on both M1 and M2 chips.
The rollout should be completed within next couple of hours.
