An updated Proctortrack application is being made available for learners using macbook 2012 model. Please follow these instructions :
Remove your currently downloaded Proctortrack application by moving it from Application to Trash
Note down the link to the updated Proctortrack application : https://verificientstatic.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Apps/Proctortrack/RTFV/Older_mac/2.0.77.0503/Proctortrack.zip
Please download this and move it to the Application folder, then run it. It may ask for security permissions, and then it will wait for getting connected with the browser
Open the browser and go to https://ca-testing.verificient.com
Take onboarding quiz. It will go to the best-practices page, and then to the download page.
On the download page, do not download the application. You already have the Proctortrack app running as in step-3.
If the browser shows a prompt to start Proctortrack, click on that option. At this point, the Proctortrack application should get connected with the browser and should show you the steps to follow to complete the exam.
If any issue, please email directly to rajnish@verificient.com -- this will help your email reach to the right team.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. A resolution is expected to be released by May 11th 2020. If you have a live proctored exam scheduled prior to the expected resolution date, please try using another computer, or reschedule the exam for later date.
