This incident has been resolved.

The system infrastructure upgrades are complete. Each service's status has been updated from 'under maintenance' to 'operational'.

While the work was completed early, we will leave this manual incident open for the full planned duration to maintain clear communication.

On Saturday, October 11, Progress will be upgrading its backend infrastructure to enhance the performance, security and reliability of our services. As part of this planned maintenance, several customer-facing applications and services will be temporarily unavailable.

This upgrade reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering faster, more scalable and stable systems to support your business needs.
