ProPay Reports Issue

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Reports have been delivered. In an effort to resolve the reporting issue, partners may see duplication of reports. Reports dated 9/20 may have been sent out twice.

Reports are delivering and teams will continue to work through any remaining issues.

Ongoing work has continued to correct the latest unexpected issues. Our teams are reporting progress towards restoring the issue that has impacted reporting. Additional updates will be provided as progress develops.

Our teams have run into several unexpected issues in working to restore service. They are continuing to work the issue, including exploring alternatives for getting reports delivered.

Our teams have continued working through the night to restore service for a data source of many partner reports. The effort is ongoing, and once restored we will work on redelivering reports that rely on that data source.

Our teams are actively addressing the issue and will provide updates as they become available.

Escalation teams are implementing a fix, and will provide further updates as it resolves.
